We are seeking an individual who shares this passion and excels in building strong client relationships to help us strengthen our education department. As an Education Sales Representative, you'll be a vital part of our mission to inspire and educate the next generation of musicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Periodically contact school music directors to build relationships, offer exceptional service, find solutions for individual school program growth, and process sales orders for rentals, repairs, exchanges, returns, and accessories.
• Generate sales growth within schools (by selling our services and products to music programs).
• Communicate with music directors to explain the advantages of our rental program, instruments, repairs, and accessories
• Assist in improving our services by understanding the needs of schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as analysing competitor strengths and weaknesses.

Education and Experience

• Sales experience is desired but is not required if the candidate has a strong desire to learn

Skills and Abilities:

• Passion and enthusiasm for music.
• The ability to play at least one musical instrument is considered advantageous.
• Excellent communication, customer service, relationship, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for regular client visits.
