Accordion Warranty

Every accordion sold by Cecere's Music is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults, direct through us, from your date of purchase. Keep your receipt — it's your proof of purchase for any claim.

What's covered

• Faults in materials or workmanship
• Mechanical failure not caused by wear, accident, or lack of maintenance

What's not covered

• Retuning — accordions drift in tune with regular playing; that's normal, not a fault
• General servicing and maintenance
• Accidental damage — drops, knocks, moisture, or improper storage
• Normal wear — bellows, straps, gig bag

Making a claim

Message us from any product page, or email sales@ceceres.com.au, with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll tell you whether it's a warranty repair, a paid service, or a returns matter.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and is separate from our Returns policy.
