A collection of 25 Blues and 23 Boogie Woogie pieces. Manfred Schmitz (1939-2014) pianist, composer and arranger was one of the most important representatives of the popular music of his time. An extraordinarily prolific teacher and author of didactical music literature and a lecturer at the conservatoire Franz Liszt in Weima, Schmitz also composed the JAZZ PARNASS, which is now a standard book for pianists on Germany.
