Assembled in the USA by Eminence, it uses a new custom-designed basket, new voice coil and spider designs, and a UK-made Kurt Mueller cone. The focus was balance, response and a very musical tone: tight, punchy lows, thick, harmonically complex mids and detailed highs without excess fizz. Not a clone or a copy, it was designed in the studio and proven on the stage, with over a year of real-world testing by Mick.

Features

70W, 16 ohm

100.6dB sensitivity, 70Hz to 5.3kHz usable range

50oz ferrite magnet and 1.75in voice coil

Pressed steel basket, paper cone

Suits 1, 2 or 4x12 cabinets, open or closed back

Specifications

Series: Signature (Mick Thomson)

Diameter: 12in (304mm)

Power: 70W

Impedance: 16 ohm

Sensitivity: 100.6dB

Frequency range: 70Hz to 5.3kHz

Magnet weight: 50oz

Gap height: 7.95mm

Voice coil: 1.75in (44mm) copper, Nomex former

Basket: pressed steel; cone and edge: paper; dust cap: Zurette

Re 13.27 ohm, Le 0.74mH, Qms 13.48, Qes 0.54, Qts 0.52

Vas 71.19L, Vd 41.04cc, Cms 0.19mm/N, BL 13.18, Mms 27g, EBP 156, Xmax 0.79mm, Sd 519.5cm2

Volume displaced: 2.25L

Overall diameter: 310.9mm; baffle cutout: 281.69mm; bolt circle: 296.93mm; depth: 131.8mm

Net weight: 4.72kg

Warranty: 1 year

Warranty

This speaker carries a 1 year Cecere's Music warranty.
