Important Information Regarding Shipping Charges

Dispatch Delayed

We’ve run dispatch through a 1974 Space Echo (RE-201) and this is what happened. Sounded great though!

Stock Delays

Due to the current global supply issue, suppliers are seeing stock delays from material shortages & freight delays. If a product isn't marked as in-store, please contact us for an eta (Estimated time of arrival)

Order Status

You will receive two emails regarding your order status, the first email will be sent upon the initial submission of your order to confirm that it has been received by Cecere's Music. The second email will be sent once your order has been processed, we will send you tax invoice with the goods. To view a list of pending and shipped orders, simply log onto our site and review the information on your Accounts page.


Out of Stock Items

We make every endeavour to carry as many stock lines at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week.

Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock" it may be out of stock by the time your order is processed if there are orders preceding yours. Unfortunately it is not physically possible to put stock aside for orders that may have out of stock items. It is for this reason that it is imperative that you choose your delivery options carefully to ensure there are no unnecessary delays with your order.

Only for Adelaide customers and products which are in stock in-store.


Australia - Courier Service

We will endeavour to ship all orders with-in 48 hours. All orders received by 1:00pm C.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day for next business day delivery. All orders received after 1:00pm will be shipped on the following business day.
Please Note: As most courier services do not deliver to RMB or PO Boxes, all deliveries to these destinations will be sent by Australia Post.


Australia - Surface Mail

Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail and generally takes 2-5 business days to deliver your parcel. Should your parcel not be delivered within this time frame, please check thoroughly with your local post office.
All orders received by 1:00pm C.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm will be shipped on the following business day. This excludes products marked as availability In-Store: No. These products might be shipped from a different state.

International - Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Cecere's Music, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country before having to pay taxes.


Freight Damage

We check the condition of all items before shipping. Damage in transit is very rare, but if the packaging looks damaged, ask the delivery person to indicate it on the proper forms. (This is not essential, but helps when making a claim). If the goods inside are damaged, be sure to NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY so we can initiate a claim. You must keep the box and all packing material.
DO NOT send damaged goods back to us until we have authorised it.


Price Changes

Prices on are subject to change without notice. Backordered items may go up in price if our supplier raises the price to us. Often, we don't know if the price has gone up until the item arrives at our door.


Credit Cards

No surcharge for credit card orders! You can use your MasterCard, VisaCard, American Express or Diners Club and you get the same low price you get when you pay cash, direct deposit or cheque.


Freight Cost When Ordering

Due to our narrow profit margin, we cannot offer free shipping to everyone. in a lot of cases we have to charge you for shipping. Freight costs are calculated at checkout time.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on purchases over $100 within 30km of any capital city in Australia and the product weight be under 30 cubic kilograms. Due to our narrow profit margin, free shipping will be quoted and sent with which company has the most competitive rate.
